Fixed: a streak reward is no longer lost when its order is skipped or moved
If a subscriber earned a streak reward and then skipped or moved the order that carried it, the reward used to be lost. A merchant running a streak campaign reported exactly that: a subscriber who skips the order carrying their gift never gets it.
The reward now moves to the next order that is charged, and goes out once. This applies to a reward on an order that is skipped or moved.
The warnings were updated to match. The pause, skip and reschedule confirmations in the admin, and the pause, skip and set-next-order confirmations in the customer portal, no longer list the streak reward among the items that will not be added back. They say instead: "The streak reward isn't lost. It moves to the next order that is charged."
No setting needs to change. The fix applies to rewards written after it went live.
