Subi is free to install. Paid plans are Starter at $29 a month, Subi at $119 a month and Subi Plus at $479 a month, billed in USD every 30 days. Paying yearly saves 17%: $290, $1,190 and $4,790 a year.

Yes. Each paid plan adds a small fee on the subscription orders Subi processes, and nothing on one-time orders: 1.6% on Starter, 0.8% on Subi and 0.4% on Subi Plus. The fee is capped every 30 days at $1,000 on Starter and $10,000 on Subi and Subi Plus. The Free plan has no transaction fee.

Your store's first paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, which begins when you approve the charge in Shopify. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.

Yes. If you are new to Subi, you can cancel for any reason within the first 30 days and get a full refund of the subscription fees paid for that period. Separately, if your store records no active subscribers through Subi for three months in a row, you can ask for the subscription fees paid for those three months back, once per account. To claim, email [email protected] from the address on your Subi account with your store URL and invoice number: by the 30th day for the 30-day guarantee, or within 30 days after the three months end for the zero-subscriber refund. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within ten business days.

The Free plan is for Shopify development stores. Its limits are 5 active subscriptions and $200 a month in subscription revenue. When a store reaches either one, Subi skips renewal orders until you move to a paid plan.

Add-ons are priced per feature: from $9 a month on Starter and from $12 a month on Subi, and Subi Plus includes all of them. Each one shows its own price inside the app before you turn it on, and it is billed through your Shopify bill alongside your plan.
