Failed-renewal emails now point at Attempt partial delivery when it could help

A renewal with several items fails entirely when just one of them is sold out, even though Subi has a setting, Attempt partial delivery, that would charge and ship the items still in stock instead. Until now, nothing told a merchant that setting existed at the moment it would have helped.

On a stock failure affecting a renewal with more than one line, at a shop whose plan allows Attempt partial delivery and currently has it switched off, the failed-renewal email and the daily summary now carry one additional line naming the setting, with a link to turn it on.

The gap was real and recurring: 302 shops had at least one stock failure in the last 30 days, and around 14 failed-renewal emails a day already go out to 53 shops that could have used the setting. Nothing about how renewals are billed, retried, or shipped changes; this only adds a pointer to an existing option inside an email the merchant already receives.
