Move the date, not the goodbye.

Retention
Cancel dialog now offers to move the next order first

Many subscribers you cancel from the admin don't actually want to leave; they just want their next order later. The Cancel dialog's first offer is now Move the next order, so you can push out a subscriber's upcoming delivery instead of cancelling them outright.

Reschedule without leaving the dialog. Picking Move the next order reschedules the subscription using the same date picker as the subscription page's own Reschedule action, and warns you first if that order already carries a one-time change the new date could affect.

The change is evidence-led: up to 600 shops cancel a subscriber from the admin within any 30-day window, and in one shop's own history, moving a subscriber's next order date kept 94.4% of them active over the following 60 days, against 42.1% for a skip. Each click on the offer is recorded internally, so Subi can measure the option's real effect on retention over time.

Nothing about the subscription changes until you pick an offer, and Move the next order is one more option alongside whatever other cancel-dialog offers your shop already shows.
