Subscription history now explains why Subi changed it

A subscription's history has always recorded when Subi itself paused it, resumed it, or moved its billing date, but never said why, leaving merchants to guess or ask support.

New history lines now carry a reason. For example, where the history used to read "The next order of this subscription was scheduled to 20/11/2026," a line caused by a time-zone adjustment now continues, "so it is charged on the intended day in the store's time zone." The same treatment applies to a subscription Subi paused, resumed, rescheduled, or skipped on its own, and to a retry that reached its limit.

Only new lines are affected. History already written before this change keeps its original wording, and a change made directly by a merchant or through Shopify still records as it always has; this addition is specifically for the lines Subi's own automation writes.

Support conversations about "why did this subscription's date move" or "who paused this" were common enough that the reason now lives where merchants already look first: the subscription's own history.
