A card that actually works

Some cards, by their own issuer's rules, can't take a repeat or recurring charge at all. Previously, a subscriber in this situation saw a customer portal banner that told them updating their card wouldn't fix the problem, then offered a Retry payment button that tried the same card again and failed every time.
Smart Recovery now tells these two decline reasons apart from an ordinary card decline. When it detects one, the portal banner asks the subscriber to add a different card instead, with an Update card action; the Retry payment option is no longer offered, since it was never going to work. Once a different card is saved, Subi charges the missed payment on it once and links it to the account going forward, and a "Card updated" confirmation banner follows that the subscriber can close.
For merchants, this means fewer subscribers stuck in a recovery loop that no amount of retrying could resolve, and a payment method that's actually capable of billing them again.
