Plan descriptions no longer say "subscription undefined"

A selling plan with a cancellation minimum of 1 cycle or less could end up with a generated description that read "You can pause or skip your subscription undefined." This text was visible to shoppers wherever Subi serves the plan's description, including the storefront widget and checkout.

The plan form now writes "anytime" for a minimum of 1 or less, and "after N successful payments" for any other minimum, so it can no longer produce the word "undefined" in that sentence. Reopening and resaving an affected plan regenerates its description with the corrected wording.

For plans that already stored the broken text, a one-time repair rewrote the stored description, and for reachable, installed shops, also updated the plan's description on Shopify so the corrected wording shows there too. No plan's pricing was touched by this repair.
