Confirm pages for Klaviyo links

These are the one-click links you can put into a Klaviyo email, like an upcoming-order reminder, so subscribers can skip, pause, or delay that order without contacting support.
Clicking a skip, pause, or delay link now opens a confirm page first, naming what the subscriber is about to do, before anything changes. After they confirm, a done page shows the result, including the resulting date for their subscription. This matches how the extend and cancel links already behaved, so all five link types now share the same page layout and tone.
A link whose intent Subi doesn't recognize still shows the existing dead-link page, not a confirm screen.
This is live now for any Klaviyo flow built on these upcoming-order links; there's nothing new to turn on, only new screens behind the links you already use.
