Self-serve edits, one press

RetentionCustomer Portal
A one-press suggestion to turn on self-serve frequency and quantity edits for at-risk subscribers

The suggestion banner above the contracts list now offers a third type of suggestion. A shop whose plan includes advanced customer portal permissions, but has frequency changes and quantity changes both switched off, and has had at least one cancellation in the last 30 days, now sees a suggestion to turn both self-serve edits on.

Turning them on takes one press, right from the banner; there's no need to visit the portal permissions settings page separately. Once switched on, a subscriber can change their own order frequency or quantity from the customer portal instead of needing to cancel and re-subscribe, or contact support, to make the same change.

This suggestion only appears when there's a real gap to close: if both permissions are already on, or the shop's plan doesn't include advanced portal permissions, the banner doesn't show it. It also doesn't override the existing payment-recovery suggestion; a shop with failed renewals and recovery still off continues to see that suggestion first.

This is live now in the merchant admin, above the contracts list.
