Subscribers now learn about your minimum cancel window before the cancel flow starts
If your store sets a minimum number of days a subscription must run before a subscriber can cancel it, a subscriber still inside that window used to find out only after stepping through the whole cancellation flow, and the refusal could surface as a generic error rather than a clear explanation.
Now, tapping Cancel subscription on a contract that is still inside your minimum window tells the subscriber right away, before the rest of the flow even opens. The message is shown as a plain, designed notice rather than a failed-payment-style error, and it renders in your store's own language.
The copy behind this notice is merchant-editable content, the same way other portal messages are, so you can write your own wording for it instead of relying on the default text.
This only affects stores using the minimum-days-before-cancelling setting; subscribers outside that window see no change in their cancel flow.
