Fixed Bundle: purchase type and one-time discount, now in one place

Creating or editing a Fixed Bundle plan meant working across two separate cards: one for the purchase type (whether shoppers can subscribe, buy once, or both), and another for the one-time purchase discount. The two settings depend on each other, so splitting them made it easy to lose track of which discount applied to which purchase type.

Both now live in a single Details card. A "Purchase type" dropdown, the same control used on regular subscription plans, sits at the top; choosing "Both" reveals a bordered box underneath for the one-time purchase discount's type and amount. Choosing "Subscription" hides the discount box entirely, since there's no one-time price to discount. The old Purchase options and Discount cards are gone, in the plan creation flow, the edit page, and the first-run setup wizard's bundle step.

Nothing about how the discount is calculated or applied has changed. The values you've already saved on an existing bundle plan show up in the same combined card when you open it to make changes, so there's nothing to redo.
