A cancellation flow, out of the box.

RetentionCustomer Portal
Every store now has a working cancellation flow, even without one of your own

If you never set up a cancellation flow, a shopper cancelling their subscription used to see a bare confirmation dialog, with no reasons collected and no save offer shown.

Stores with no cancellation flow of their own now automatically get Subi's default flow instead. A cancelling customer is asked to pick from six standard reasons (with an "Other" option to add their own), then, under the heading "Before you go, would one of these work better?", they're shown whichever save offers your portal settings allow, such as skipping their next order, delaying it, or changing delivery frequency. This shows up both in the hosted customer portal and in Shopify's customer-account extension, and is translated into English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French and Italian.

You're in control of whether this runs: a new card on Settings > Retention > Cancellation shows whether the default flow is active for your store, with a switch to turn it off (back to a plain confirmation dialog) or on again, available on every Subi plan.

If you build your own cancellation flow at any point, or already have one, it takes over automatically and the default flow steps aside.
