Longer delay options at cancel

RetentionCustomer Portal
Cancelling subscribers can now delay their next delivery by 2 or 3 months

Delaying the next delivery is one of the retention offers a subscriber can take instead of cancelling outright. Until now, the longest delay a subscriber could choose was 1 month. They can now pick a 2-month or 3-month gap as well, in both the hosted customer portal and the cancellation flow inside a Shopify customer account.

The date shown on the offer card for a 2 or 3-month gap matches exactly what gets applied when the subscriber confirms it.

This gives subscribers more room to pause a delivery without fully cancelling, for reasons like a trip, a temporary budget crunch, or simply having enough of a product on hand. Nothing changes about how the offer is configured elsewhere in your cancellation flow; the delay step itself just now supports the extra gap lengths, so a subscriber who wants to skip a couple of months no longer has to cancel and resubscribe later.
