The portal redesign, continued.

Customer Portal
The customer portal redesign continues: cards, states, and every action modal

Following the new portal shell, the redesign of your customer portal, where subscribers manage their subscriptions, continues with several more slices landing together.

Subscription cards on both portal routes, the login screen, and the items modal now share the new visual treatment the shell introduced.

Every empty, error, and not-found screen in the portal, plus the toast notification and the remaining states on the win-back page, have been redesigned to match.

The six modals with no real decision for a subscriber to make (the ones that simply confirm an action) have been repainted, and two bugs were fixed along the way: Pause used to fire immediately with no confirmation step at all, and an address with no phone number on file used to display the literal word "null" instead of nothing.

Editing a subscription got the same treatment: the edit-subscription modal, the swap-product picker, and the three add-on surfaces are redesigned, with real, merchant-editable copy replacing the raw untranslated keys these new rows used to show.

When a save fails, five portal modals, shipping address, note, contact information, reschedule, and now items/quantities/frequency, show the specific reason inline in a red banner instead of the spinner simply stopping with nothing shown, or a toast that disappeared on its own timer.

None of this changes what your subscribers can do: skip, pause, cancel, reschedule, and swap all still work exactly as before.
