Widgets page redesigned.

The previous Subscription widgets page listed only some of Subi's widget types, used placeholder states, and had a type-switcher inside the editor that opened the wrong widget under certain conditions. All three problems are fixed.

All five widget types are now on one page. Subscribe & Save, Build-a-Box, Volume Discount, Prepaid, and One-Time Purchase widgets each have their own card on the Subscription widgets page. Each card shows the widget's current active or inactive state, pulled from your real configuration — no sample data.

The type switcher works correctly. When you open a widget in the editor and use the type switcher to switch to a different widget type, the correct editor loads. A bug that caused the switcher to open Subscribe & Save regardless of the chosen type — visible when accessing the editor outside the embedded Shopify admin — has been resolved.

Design updated. The page has been through a fidelity pass against the current design system. Card layout, typography, and state indicators now match the rest of the Subi admin.

No change to widget behaviour, subscription logic, or storefront rendering.
