Your loyalty points, here.

If your store already runs a loyalty programme through Yotpo or LoyaltyLion, you can now surface each subscriber's points balance directly in Subi without asking them to switch apps or open a separate account.

Settings > Integrations gains a Loyalty points section. Enter your Yotpo Store GUID or your LoyaltyLion API credentials, and Subi connects to your loyalty provider. Once connected, a subscriber's current points balance from your existing programme appears on their subscription contract page in the Subi admin.

Subi reads but does not replace. This integration is read-only: Subi fetches the balance from your loyalty provider and displays it; it does not write to, replace, or interfere with your existing programme. Rewards are still managed in Yotpo or LoyaltyLion exactly as before.

Why this matters. Merchants who run subscriptions alongside an established loyalty programme often find the two experiences are disconnected. A subscriber calling to ask about their points balance requires the merchant to switch tabs; this puts the number in front of them while they have the subscription contract open.

Customers see only the balance that your loyalty provider returns; Subi never stores or exposes your loyalty app credentials.
