Your AI co-pilot.

The Subi AI Copilot is now live on every admin page. A sparkle icon in the page header (or the ask bar on the Home page) opens an overlay panel that answers plain-English questions about your subscriptions and can carry out admin actions with your approval before anything changes.

What you can do. The Copilot covers the full Subi admin surface: reading subscription data, querying contracts, checking billing attempts, and looking up customer histories. Ask in plain English, "show me the three contracts that failed billing this week" or "what selling plans are attached to my coffee product", and get a direct answer without navigating to a specific report.

Actions need your sign-off. When you ask the Copilot to change something, it shows you a plain-English statement of exactly what it will do and waits for your confirmation before touching anything. You are always in the loop.

Conversation history is preserved in the panel so you can review what the Copilot found or did earlier in the session.

The Copilot uses your existing Subi admin permissions: it can only see and act on what you already have access to in the app, and credentials are never surfaced in its responses.
