Loyalty, keeping itself honest.

The loyalty programme page now surfaces the real health of your programme across four areas: storefront delivery status, unreachable-reward detection, activation readiness, and lifecycle logging.
Storefront delivery card. The loyalty page now shows the real status of both storefront dependencies: whether the theme app embed is enabled and whether the customer account extension is installed. If either is missing, the card shows a Requires setup badge with a link straight to the relevant setting. The onboarding checklist's "add extension" step now marks complete only when the extension is actually installed, not just clicked.
Unreachable-reward warning. When your loyalty programme is active and no customer can reach the cheapest reward you have defined (because the points threshold exceeds every current balance), a warning banner appears on the loyalty page. This surfaces a configuration gap that would otherwise go unnoticed until a subscriber asks why they cannot redeem anything.
Activation with no reward methods is now refused. Activating a loyalty programme with no reward methods previously created an active programme that could never pay out. Activation now blocks with a clear explanation, so the programme starts only when it is ready.
Pause reason. When you pause a loyalty programme, a prompt now asks why, with a list of reasons and an optional text field. The reason is captured in an audit log so your team has a record of programme lifecycle changes.
