Recovery in Klaviyo.

If you connect Subi to Klaviyo, you already receive events like Subscription Renewed and Subscription Cancelled to trigger flows. Smart Payment Recovery was the gap: when a failed-billing sequence ended, Klaviyo had no event to act on.
The new Subscription Recovery Ended event fills that gap. It fires when a Smart Payment Recovery sequence closes, whether the outcome was recovered or exhausted. You can now branch a Klaviyo flow on this event to send a win-back offer to subscribers whose card was never charged, or a quiet confirmation to those whose payment went through on retry.
Where to find it. In Settings, under Integrations, the Klaviyo card now includes a third section called Payment recovery events, below the existing Billing events and Subscription events sections. The section includes a View example payload option so you can inspect the shape before building the flow.
What the payload carries. The event includes the outcome (recovered or exhausted), the subscription contract ID, and the store's currency. The exact fields are shown in the example payload on the Settings page.
The event is available to all merchants with Klaviyo connected and Smart Payment Recovery active. Sequences that closed before this release do not trigger retroactively. The event fires on new closures going forward.
