Analytics: date picker and currency display fixes

Two reliability fixes landed on the Analytics page.

Date range picker. Clicking a preset date range (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and so on) was silently switching the picker into Rolling mode, which left the calendar visible and unresponsive. Clicking any preset now applies that range immediately and closes the picker as expected.

Currency display. Money figures in Analytics were rendering inconsistently in multi-currency stores. The same revenue number could appear as $294.8K in one card and A$294,766 in another on the same page. Report table columns were also missing the currency symbol in some rows. Both issues are corrected: all money on the Analytics page now renders in your shop's primary currency with a consistent format.
