Klaviyo integration now fully removed on disconnect

Platform

When you disconnect Subi from Klaviyo in your integration settings, Subi now correctly removes itself from your Klaviyo account's connected apps list.

Previously, the disconnect flow revoked the access token but left the authorization grant intact. Klaviyo's integration page checks the grant, not the access token, so Subi appeared as a connected app even after you disconnected it from Subi's side. This was flagged during Klaviyo's app review process.

The fix revokes the refresh token (the authorization grant) in addition to the access token on disconnect, which is the correct sequence per Klaviyo's token revocation documentation. After disconnecting, Subi no longer appears in your Klaviyo connected-apps page.

This fix applies to any merchant who disconnects Klaviyo going forward. If you previously disconnected Klaviyo and still see Subi listed in Klaviyo, re-connecting and then disconnecting again from Subi will clear the stale connection.
