Klaviyo connection — clearer message when authorization is declined
When a merchant declines Klaviyo's authorization prompt during setup, Subi now shows a specific, actionable message so they know exactly what to do next.
When connecting Klaviyo through Subi's Settings → Integrations page, merchants who decline Klaviyo's authorization prompt now see a clear, specific message instead of a generic error.
If a merchant opens Klaviyo's permissions screen during the OAuth flow and clicks "Deny" — intentionally or by mistake — Subi previously hit a generic failure with no useful guidance. The callback now detects the access_denied response from Klaviyo and shows an actionable message:
"Authorization was declined. Please authorize access by clicking 'Allow' to enable integration."
Merchants know exactly what happened and how to retry, rather than seeing a confusing error and wondering if the connection is broken.
To connect or reconnect Klaviyo, go to Settings → Integrations in your Subi admin.
