Onboarding wizard now completes correctly when you activate a Subi plan

The setup wizard now marks itself complete as soon as you activate a Subi billing plan, and new merchants land on the updated Subi home screen after finishing onboarding.

Platform

Two issues in Subi's new-merchant onboarding wizard have been resolved.

Wizard was rewinding instead of completing. After walking through the setup steps and activating a Subi billing plan — the final step — the wizard was re-checking whether earlier setup tasks (like creating a selling plan or placing the widget) were complete based on a snapshot that might not reflect what you'd already done during the session. If the snapshot showed those steps incomplete, the wizard would send you backward to an earlier step rather than marking your onboarding as done.

The wizard now always completes when you activate a paid Subi plan. Activating billing is the completion signal; the wizard no longer rechecks prior steps at that moment.

Wrong home screen appeared after the wizard closed. Once the wizard finished (or was dismissed), the Subi admin was showing the legacy new-user home screen rather than the updated Subi home. The updated home — with the plan-type grid and quick access to your subscription setup — is what new merchants should see as their starting point in the app.

After this fix, completing or dismissing the onboarding wizard now takes you to the correct updated home screen.

Both fixes affect new merchants going through onboarding for the first time. If you recently completed setup and noticed either of these issues, revisiting the Subi admin will now show the correct home screen.
