Smart payment recovery now has a one-click on/off control that pauses all retries and emails without losing any settings or in-progress sequences.

Stores using Smart payment recovery now have a single on/off control at the top of the Payment recovery page.
- Deactivate to pause all recovery activity for your store — no new card retries and no recovery emails — without losing any of your settings. Deactivating asks for a quick confirmation.
- In-progress recovery sequences pause while recovery is off and resume automatically when you turn it back on; they are not cancelled.
- Your recovery window, fallback action, sender identity, and email content are all preserved.
- Activate from the page header or the on-page banner to resume instantly.
Deactivating is not the same as reverting to classic recovery — your smart settings stay exactly as they are.
