Loyalty program — reward subscribers with points and perks
Subi now has a built-in loyalty program — subscribers earn points for orders, signups, birthdays, and social follows, and redeem them for discounts.

Subi now has a built-in Loyalty program — reward subscribers with points and perks for staying subscribed, with no second app. Find it under Retention → Loyalty program and click Manage rewards to set it up. (Loyalty is currently in beta.)
How customers earn points
Turn on any combination of earn methods:
- Place an order (subscription) — points per dollar on every recurring order
- Place an order (one-time) — points per dollar on one-time purchases
- Signup bonus — a fixed number of points for creating an account
- Birthday bonus — a fixed number of points once a year
- Social follow — award points when a customer follows you on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest
You set the rate or the fixed amount for each, and you can run as many as you like at the same time.
How customers redeem
Customers see their points balance, pending points, available rewards, and ways to earn right inside their Shopify customer account. They redeem a reward and Subi generates the coupon code. You decide the rewards: a percentage discount, a fixed amount, or free shipping — each with a required-points cost and an optional minimum order value.
Manage points from the Shopify admin
A loyalty block on the Shopify customer detail page shows a customer's balance and pending points — and lets your team adjust points manually when needed.
Activate the program with Activate in the top right; until then nothing is live, and you can pause and reactivate at any time. Loyalty is also the foundation for Refer-a-Friend — referrals run as an earn method on top. Set up a loyalty program.
