On the Growth hub
- New subscribers — newly created and resumed contracts
- New MRR — revenue from those new subscribers
- Net MRR change — new MRR minus lost MRR, momentum at a glance
- ARPU on new subs — average revenue per newly acquired subscriber
On the Retention hub
- Churn rate — the share of active contracts that cancelled
- Retained MRR — the MRR that stayed
- Payment failure rate — failed billing attempts as a share of all attempts
- Recovered revenue — MRR recovered through payment recovery
