Your subscribers can now see their upcoming scheduled edits right in the customer portal. When a change is queued to take effect on a future order — a swapped product, an adjusted quantity, a different frequency — the portal shows it clearly, so customers know exactly what's coming before their next order processes.

Previously a pending change wasn't visible to the customer until it actually applied. Now the portal reads every upcoming edit on a contract and displays the difference, so there are no surprises at renewal.

This builds more trust into self-service: subscribers can confirm a change landed the way they intended, spot anything they want to adjust, and feel in control of what their next box or order will contain — which means fewer "wait, what's in my next order?" support questions for you.
