Where your offers appear

  • In the customer portal — subscribers see an upsell and can review and confirm it without leaving their subscription, with the chosen product added straight to their order.
  • In billing-reminder emails — an upsell block rides along with the reminder Subi already sends before a renewal, turning a routine notice into a chance to grow the order.

Show the offer to the right people

Target your upsells by audience or by customer segment, so a promotion reaches the subscribers it actually fits rather than everyone. You configure each offer once and Subi handles where and to whom it shows.
