Point subscription emails to a custom portal link

You can now set the customer-portal URL that appears in subscription emails, pointing customers to a custom portal address.

Customer PortalRetention

You can now choose the customer-portal link that Subi includes in your subscription emails. Instead of the default portal address, you can point customers to a custom URL of your choosing — so the "manage your subscription" link in your emails lands wherever you want it to.

This is useful if you host the portal behind your own page, use a custom domain or path, or simply want the link to match the rest of your customer communications. Set the address once in your email settings, and every subscription email Subi sends will use it.

Your customers get a consistent, on-brand path to manage their subscriptions, and you keep control over exactly where that journey starts.
