Bulk-edit subscription contracts
You can now edit many subscription contracts at once — next billing date, interval, shipping price, line price, skip the next order, send a management link, or swap a product — in a single bulk action.
You can now make the same change across many subscription contracts in one move, instead of opening them one at a time. Filter your contracts table to the group you want, select them, and apply a single bulk action.
What you can change in bulk
- Next billing date — shift the next charge for a whole group at once
- Interval — change how often the selected contracts renew
- Shipping price — update shipping across many contracts together
- Line price — adjust the price of a line item in bulk
- Skip next order — skip the upcoming order for everyone in the selection
- Send management link — email a batch of customers their portal link
- Swap a product — replace a product across the selected contracts
Pick a group, choose the action, and Subi runs it in the background so you can keep working. A progress banner shows while the job runs, and each customer is emailed about changes to their subscription when appropriate.
This is built for the moments when a single edit really means dozens or hundreds: a supplier change, a shipping-rate update, a holiday skip, or moving a season of subscribers to a new product. What used to be an afternoon of manual edits is now one action.
