Subscriptions now fully support every way you fulfill an order. Alongside standard shipping, Subi now handles local delivery and store pickup on recurring contracts — each stored and displayed correctly so you and your customers always know how a subscription will arrive.

Every delivery method, kept on the contract

Subi now persists all delivery method types on a subscription contract — shipping, local delivery with full address details, and pickup — so the right method travels with the subscription instead of being dropped or assumed.

Local delivery, with the details that matter

For local delivery you can capture a delivery instruction and a phone number, so your driver has what they need to complete the drop-off.

A clearer view of delivery details

The shipping and delivery method has a refreshed design that shows each method — digital, local delivery, pickup, or shipping — clearly within the subscription details and on order invoices. When a subscription is set to pickup or local delivery, the delivery method is locked in the customer details view, so it can't be changed in a way that breaks fulfillment.

Together this means subscriptions behave correctly no matter how you get orders to customers — not just those you ship.
