Export your subscription data
A new Data Export page lets you export your contracts, customers, orders, billing attempts, and contract events with date-range and data-type filters.
You can now pull your subscription data out of Subi whenever you need it. A new Data Export page lets you export your records as a file, so you can run your own reporting, reconcile billing, or hand data to another tool. Find it under Settings → Data export.
What you can export
Choose exactly which data set you want:
- Contracts — your subscription contracts
- Customers — the customers behind those subscriptions
- Orders — orders generated from subscriptions
- Billing attempts — each attempt to charge a subscription, so you can audit successes and failures
- Contract events — the lifecycle activity on a contract
Filter before you export
Pick a data type and a date range so you get just the rows you care about — last month's billing attempts, this quarter's new contracts, a single day of orders. No need to pull everything and trim it down afterward.
Every export reflects the data Subi holds for your store at the moment you run it, so it's an easy way to keep an offline copy, feed a spreadsheet, or share a clean extract with your team or accountant.
