Subscriptions now live inside the Shopify customer account
Your customers can now manage subscriptions inside Shopify's native customer account — pausing, cancelling, swapping products, and changing intervals — with customizable content and button text.
Your customers can now manage their subscriptions inside Shopify's native customer account — the same logged-in account area they already use for their orders. Subi's customer portal is now built as a customer-account UI extension, so subscribers no longer leave to a separate page to make changes. It's one less hop, in a place they already trust.
What customers can do from their account
- Cancel a subscription through a guided cancellation flow.
- Swap products on an active subscription, with a clear swap button.
- Change the order interval so they receive their items more or less often.
- View and manage their subscriptions alongside the rest of their Shopify account.
Make it sound like your store
The account experience is yours to shape:
- Customize the content shown throughout the extension, so the wording matches your brand.
- Edit the swap button text instead of living with a fixed label.
- Set your own order-interval content, so the choices read clearly to your customers.
Because this runs as a Shopify customer-account extension, permissions and routing are handled through Shopify's own account framework, and the experience stays consistent across devices. Existing subscription management you'd offered before carries forward — this brings it into the native account surface and adds the controls customers most often reach for, in the place they already log in.
