Memberships — sell recurring memberships with tiers and perks
Subi now lets you sell membership plans — recurring memberships with tiers and free trials, joinable from storefront membership blocks and managed in the customer account.
Subi now lets you sell memberships — recurring plans your customers join to unlock ongoing perks, billed on the same dependable schedule as your subscriptions. Build one from the Memberships page: create a membership plan, pick a membership type, and you have a paid program your customers can join right from your storefront. (Memberships is currently in beta.)
Build the membership your store needs
- Choose a membership type when you create the plan, so the program fits how you want to sell — whether members all get the same access or you offer different levels.
- Offer a free trial so new members can try the program before they're billed, lowering the barrier to that first join.
- Set your own perks and complementary features, with optional descriptions and images on the membership product — or keep those fields empty when you don't need them.
Let customers join from your storefront
Memberships come with their own storefront blocks. Add the membership widget block to a product page or drop the membership section block onto any page in the theme editor, and customers can sign up where it makes sense for your store — no custom code required. When you create your first membership, Subi prompts you to enable the app embed so the blocks render correctly on your live theme.
Manage members end to end
Once someone joins, their membership behaves like the rest of Subi: it bills on schedule, the contract is tracked, and members manage it from their account alongside any subscriptions they hold. You can edit a membership plan, adjust what it includes, or remove it as your program evolves.
Memberships is marked beta across the experience while we refine it with early merchants, so you'll see beta badges as you set things up. Activate a plan when you're ready, and start turning recurring access into recurring revenue.
