Getting answers no longer means leaving the app. Subi now includes an in-app Help page and Subi Academy, so guided articles and learning resources are right where you work — open the Help tab to find them.
A Help page built into the app
The Help page brings support content into the app itself. Browse articles to set up a feature, troubleshoot a question, or learn how a part of Subi works, without switching to a separate tab or searching the web. And when you do reach out from the Help tab, your message is routed straight to our support team so we can pick it up quickly.
Subi Academy
Subi Academy adds structured learning on top of the article library — a place to go beyond a single how-to and understand how to get the most out of subscriptions on your store. It's built in, so you can move from a question to a deeper resource without losing your place in the app.
Together, Help and Academy mean the guidance you need is one tab away while you're configuring plans, your widget, or your customer portal — less hunting, more building.
