Billing reminder notifications

You can now set up billing reminder notifications so your subscribers are alerted ahead of an upcoming recurring charge. New reminder settings let you configure when these billing notifications go out and turn them on for your store.

Giving customers a heads-up before they're charged is good for everyone. It reduces the surprise that leads to disputes and refund requests, gives subscribers a chance to update a card or adjust their order before it bills, and generally builds trust around recurring payments. For many merchants, an upcoming-charge reminder is also a quiet retention tool — it keeps the subscription top of mind right before each renewal.
