Billing attempt history on every subscription

You and your customers can now see a history of past billing attempts on a subscription, so successful and failed charges are visible at a glance.

Billing & PaymentsCustomer Portal

Every subscription now keeps a billing attempt history — a running record of each time Subi tried to charge the customer for a recurring order. Open a subscription and you can see the previous attempts laid out, so it's clear at a glance which charges went through and which didn't.

This matters most when a renewal doesn't go cleanly. Instead of guessing why a customer's order hasn't been created, you can look at the attempt history and see that a charge was tried — and whether it succeeded or failed. That turns a support question like "did my subscription bill this month?" into something you can answer in seconds.

The history sits alongside the rest of the subscription's details, so the full picture of a contract — what's in it, when it renews, and how it's been billed — lives in one place. Successful and failed attempts are both tracked and displayed, giving you and your customer the same clear view of the subscription's billing record.
