Improved: Change price and Change frequency on the subscription page

Editing a single subscriber's price or billing frequency from the subscription detail page used to mean finding your way into the line-items editor, with nothing on the page telling you that was where to do it.

The subscription page now has two explicit actions: Change price opens the existing items dialog, where you can adjust the price per line, and Change frequency opens a new dialog focused only on billing frequency. Both save through the same mechanism as before, so nothing changes about how or when the update takes effect; only how you get there has.

This was a real gap: in a recent sample of support conversations about active subscriptions, roughly 1 in 10 asked some version of "how do I give this one subscriber a different price," and the page itself never used the word "price" anywhere. Over 2,600 shops currently have at least one active contract where this comes up.

Nothing changes for a subscriber until you actually save an edit from one of these dialogs; this is purely about making an existing capability easier to find and use correctly.
