A way back after pausing

Previously, once Smart Recovery exhausted its retries and paused a subscription, a subscriber who went on to fix their card had no way to get that subscription going again on their own.
Now, saving a new card on a contract in that state sends the subscriber an email and shows a notice on their customer portal's subscription page ("Your card is updated. Resume your subscription?"), along with a shorter line on their subscriptions list. Clicking Resume in the portal runs the subscription's existing resume action; nothing is charged, and nothing resumes, until the subscriber chooses to.
Merchants control whether the email goes out: a new "Card updated on a paused subscription" row has been added to Settings > Notifications, under customer emails, on by default alongside its neighboring recovery emails. Turning it off also hides the portal notice, so a merchant who prefers to handle these cases another way can opt out entirely.
This closes a real gap: thousands of contracts across hundreds of shops currently sit paused after recovery with a subscriber who has since fixed their payment method and no way to say so.
