Migrate on any plan now

Subi's legacy cancellation-reasons page is being retired in favor of the Cancellation flow builder, which lets you add offers, conditions, and a multi-step flow around a cancellation request. Until now, migrating from the old reasons list to the new builder required a plan with Cancellation flow access.

The Migrate action is now available on every plan. If you migrate on a plan that doesn't include Cancellation flow, you still see your flow's numbers, can edit your reasons and pre-cancel message, and keep Export CSV; adding offers, conditions, or building out the flow further still requires an upgrade.

Migrating also now carries over your store's pre-cancel message and existing cancellation history into the new flow, so nothing from your legacy setup is lost in the move.

If you haven't migrated yet, you'll see the legacy reasons page as read-only with a Migrate option waiting.
