Referral points you save now show immediately, and match what's awarded

Points awarded per successful referral, set under Refer a friend, are now stored in a single place instead of two, so what you save is what's actually used to award points, with no risk of the two drifting apart.

The Earn Methods table now shows your saved referral points right away after you save, instead of requiring a page reload. The customer-facing preview also now labels referral earning the same way your customers see it in their own account, so what you preview matches what they'll see.
