One editor for portal and widget

Editing how your customer portal looks used to live apart from the widget editor you use for everything else. The portal customization editor now opens inside Customize widget itself, shaped the same way as the rest of that page.

It adds an Open portal login button so you can jump straight into the portal from the editor, a page band for portal-wide settings, and a rail sidebar split into Texts and Design, matching the pattern used elsewhere in Customize widget. Several labels have been reworded for clarity, and the preview now draws the portal's own cards, so what you see while editing is closer to what your customers see.
