Payment recovery page now states the correct pre-dunning schedule

The Payment recovery settings page described its pre-dunning reminders as running 2 days before renewal, for cards expiring within 30 days. That text was wrong: Subi has actually been running pre-dunning 7 days before renewal, for cards expiring within 60 days.

The page now states the correct 7-day and 60-day schedule. Only the wording changed; the permission check, the toggle, and what pre-dunning actually does were already correct and are unaffected.

The corrected text is live in English today; other panel languages pick it up as Subi's translation sync picks up the renamed text key.
