Ask us to move it

Moving your subscription widget to a different spot on your product page means changing where your theme places it, and most merchants ask our support team to help rather than editing the theme themselves.

The Widget placement section in Widget customization now has an Ask us to move it button, right where the section used to only describe what widget placement means. Clicking it sends a ready-made message straight to our support chat, so you don't have to write out the request yourself. The button appears for every widget type, including Build a Box. This replaces a plain description with a direct action; nothing about how widget placement itself works, or how our team handles your request once it comes in, has changed.
