Build a Box onboarding no longer offers a placeholder ID to copy

Setting up a Build a Box theme section during Subi's onboarding wizard asks you to copy your box's ID into your theme editor. While your real box plan was still loading, or if you had none or more than one, the step used to show a placeholder ID with a working-looking Copy button anyway, and that fake ID could end up pasted into a live theme.

The Box ID field and its Copy button now appear only when Subi has confirmed you have exactly one Build a Box plan, and shows that plan's real ID. While your plan is still loading, the step shows a loading placeholder instead of a copyable field; if you have no box plan yet, or more than one, it now tells you to copy the ID from your Build a Box plan page instead.

The onboarding flow and the Open theme editor and Continue buttons work the same as before in every case; only the misleading placeholder ID is gone.
