Ask Sidekick about Subi

Shopify Sidekick, Shopify's own admin assistant, can now answer questions about your Subi subscription business directly, without you having to open Subi first.

What you can ask. Sidekick can now pull figures on your subscriber base, revenue, and failed renewals, and look up one subscriber's history, drawing on your shop's own Subi data rather than a generic answer.

Every answer links back. Whatever Sidekick tells you, its answer links to the Subi page that shows the same number, so you can jump straight into the dashboard to dig further.

Sidekick draws every answer inside its own chat window; this doesn't add any new page or button inside the Subi admin itself. It's available wherever you already use Sidekick in your Shopify admin.

New extension versions like this one can take a little while to reach Sidekick after release, so if you don't see it right away, give it a few minutes and try again.
