Improved

Locked flow, still visible

Retention
A locked shop can now see its own cancellation flow, and turn it off

If your plan no longer includes Cancellation flow setup, but you already built a flow while it did, you can now still open the Cancellation flow page and see your flow exactly as it was configured.

Read-only, with one exception. The flow opens in a read-only editor, so you can review your reasons, offers, and routing without being able to edit them. The one write still available is turning the flow off entirely, using the same toggle as before; turning it back on, or editing any part of it, still requires a plan that includes Cancellation flow setup.

Before this change, losing access to the Cancellation flow setup permission meant the page simply refused to show your existing flow at all.

This doesn't change anything about how the cancellation flow runs for your subscribers; it only changes what a locked-out merchant can see and do on the Cancellation flow page itself.
