Watch, then do

The Subscription plans page now always shows a short tutorial video, muted and captioned, walking through how to create your first plan. The empty Subscription contracts page shows its own video, on placing a test order, once you already have a plan to test with.

One video, one button. Each video sits in its own player with a primary button underneath that runs the task the video just showed: creating your first plan from the Plans page, or placing a test order from the empty Contracts page. You don't have to leave the video to act on it.

On the empty Contracts page, "Create subscription" moves from the primary action to a secondary one, since the video and its button now lead; creating a subscription by hand is still one click away, just not the first thing your eye lands on.

These videos are aimed at merchants who haven't set up their first plan or placed their first test order yet; once you have contracts, the empty-state page, and its video, go away as they always have.
