A new check-in email after a customer's first subscription order

Retention

Subi now sends new subscribers a check-in email 5 to 7 days after the order that started their subscription, asking how things are going.

On by default. The email is on for every shop from release day, for subscribers whose first order falls after that point; it does not look back at orders already a week or more old. A merchant can turn it off per shop from Settings > Notifications > Email, in the customer notifications card, where it's listed as a new row, checked by default.

Why 5 to 7 days. That window gives the product time to arrive for most shipping speeds while still being early enough that a subscriber's first impression is fresh. If a subscription has no next order scheduled, or no billing cycles left, it doesn't get a check-in; a missed day-5 send is still caught up through day 7.

This is a new customer-facing email, separate from the existing order and shipping confirmations, and separate from the failed-payment and recovery emails Subi already sends. It ships alongside the Settings toggle that controls it; the two were released together so merchants always have the off switch available from day one.
