A pause option before cancel

Cancelling a customer's subscription from the contract page used to be a single confirmation: click Cancel, and the contract was cancelled. There was no point in that flow to offer the customer anything else first.
The contract page's Cancel action is now a two-step dialog. Before the cancellation goes through, it offers to skip the next order, set a dated pause instead, or send the customer a link to their own portal so they can decide. Choosing a dated pause moves the contract to a paused state with a resume date already set, rather than ending it outright. The bulk "Update status" action on the contract list offers the same pause choice when you're changing many contracts at once, instead of only ever cancelling them.
If the contract's last payment attempt had failed and was still in recovery, pausing it ends that recovery sequence, since a paused contract isn't due to be charged. The dialog says so on the pause offer itself, so this is visible before you confirm.
This is available to every merchant now that the retention-offers rollout is complete.
